Returns

Return of Goods
Goods that are returned for any reason other than a warranty claims will only be accepted by the company providing prior arrangements have been made. In the event that the company agrees to accept the returned goods a minimum administration charge of 20% of the invoice value or £5, whichever is the greatest, will be made. In the event of returned goods being found to be damaged or soiled the company reserve the right to made additional charges against the buyer.

Cancellation
No order may be cancelled or varied without the written concent of Goliath International Tools Ltd.
