Product Search

How do I search for a specific prduct?
The Quick Search can be found at the top of every page, labelled ‘Product Search’. Type in either the code or name of the product you would wish to search for, and click on the ‘Go’ button.

Browse Products

How do I find the products?
Click on the ‘Browse Products’ link situated in the left hand navigation menu to display the categories for Goliath products.
Once you are in this section you can browse through all availible Goliath products, each sub section features the ability to simply navigate through the varying products.
When you have decided which products to order, you can type in the amount required and click on the ‘Add’, button this item will then be added to your shopping basket.

Adding Products

What does 'add to my basket' mean?
'Add' is a way of adding products you might want to buy. When you clickon the ‘Add’ button the item is placed in your shopping basket.
Adding an item to your basket does not commit you to buying it - it simply allows you to collect together all the products you're interested in so that you can review them before deciding to buy.

What does 'checkout' mean?

The checkout is just like the checkout tills in a grocery store, when you are happy with what is in your shopping basket and wish to make a purchase you simply click on the ‘confirm’ button to proceed to the checkout. On this page you enter your details, such as company name, account number and review the products you want to buy.
Your order is only complete when you click on the 'Place Order' button at the bottom of the page, and then the 'Confirm' button when asked to confirm your purchase. If you decide not to go ahead with your purchase, you can simply return to the homepage or exit the site and your order will not be processed. We will confirm our acceptance of your order as soon as possible.

The site looks small on my screen, what should I do?

Change your display settings, this site is optimised for 800x600 screen resolution. If you are not sure how to do this, you should consult the documentation for the operating system that you are using.
For Windows 95 or Windows 98 select Start, Settings, Control Panel, Display. select the Settings tab then set the screen area / desktop size to 800x600. Alternatively, re-size your browser window to fit the sites content.
